Okay, so when I saw the headline I thought it was going to be a pouch for a tape measure! That would be kind of cooler, but this is better. It doesn't look too hard to make, but I don't have enough tape measures to do it yet. I will put it on my list, though.

I think this is such a cool idea! I have a ton of measuring tapes that I've picked up throughout the years, so this is a perfect way to recycle them.

What a great idea! I always have tape measures around because some companies hand them out for marketing give aways. I have seen these pouches in the store museums and they can be pricey. Now you just need some materials, which as a sewer you probably have on hand and you have a pouch for yourself. This would be even good for a knitter or crocheter. You can put your craft notions in this pouch and also use it if you have to measure. Thank you for the patterns.
