I love full skirts, especially how playful they are. I love this skirt. I wonder though if having a simple lining underneath might be more comfortable, just because tulle can be kind of itchy.

I have been looking for this kind of skirt literally EVERYWHERE. Apparently, my size is popular because they never seem to have any more for me. Why didn't I think of making one myself?!
