This tutorial on how to sew self-binding napkins is wonderful. It does away with awkward fold over binding or trying to perfect a traditional mitered corner. Quick and simple, yet I love the two-toned look of the napkin. There is a super simple miter however it seems to just make itself after both fabrics are sewn together, draw a line on the corners, stitch then turn and see how the larger fabric makes the fold over edging.
