I have question but it has nothing to do with this quilt I hope someone can answer it. I am really confused about which way you iron your seams. I have heard that you always iron to the left or to the right I have not made a quilt yet because I am so unsure how to iron all the little seams in them

Usually you iron to the darker side. Use a hot iron , steam is not necessary. Press down on the fabric , don't iron back and forth. This may cause some shapes to stretch, especially triangles which might have bias edges. Pick a pattern that is easy when you start, it will keep your frustration level down. Have fun, it is a wonderful pastime. There are lots of online guilds too, yahoo has a number just do a search. If you do an Internet search you should find answers to all your quilt related questions.. This site has a category called Basics and Tutorials. Have Fun I can't stress that enough.

The directions are sketchy and hard to follow. No size of quilt mentioned and W.O .F. is what size?

WOF = Width of Fabric, approximately 44". I am guessing the quilt is about 60" square.

I forgot to add the borders, may be 72" square. But that is just a guess.
