I have seen this ruffled fabric and I love it but did not know what I wanted to do with it that was fairly easy until I came across this tutorial. This is so pretty and so quick to make. I did not realize that you could sew a pair by starting with a whole piece of fabric and making a middle seam and then sewing the legs. I need to make some for my 22 month old granddaughter. They come in so many pretty colors. I think I may try a mint green or peach for spring.
