This is a lovely touch and long ago, I actually used left over washable cotton lace from my wedding gown on a baby outfit which became a christening gown. This makes for a cute idea when you need to take baby along to a dressier affair and this can be underneath a little open jumper to show off the lace. Cut and practical idea!

What a creative idea this lace onesie is and know one would guess it is that quick and easy to make. Just 2 steps and you are on your way to a very cute top for your little girl. I really love the lace used in this tutorial. Does anyone know anywhere that sells it. Very inexpensive because you use a purchased onesie and less than a yard of lace. A great way to make that quick something special for that girl baby shower. Get even bolder and use a colored lace or frilly one. This is a very good tutorial and worth the read.
