Long Sleeve T-Shirt Pattern for Women

From the Blogger: "This is an easy 3/4 sleeve length knit top I made a few years ago. It is such an easy DIY top that I believe it will help you to create dozens of new tops with just a few modifications. Think about this knit top as an easy-to-use block for short or long sleeve knit tops, shift dresses, and more! You should only need about 30 minutes from start to finish and the results will surprise you!"

I'm also a fan of layering light weight knit tops with a sweater for most of the year. My house always feels cold even when it's warmish outside. I haven't made many tops but this one looks doable. I have some challis fabric that I got on sale, has anyone tried this pattern with that type of knit? I really like the blue color pictured with the tutorial. It's very pretty.

In winter, I much prefer to wear a long sleeved top under a jacket, than to bulk up with sweaters. I love to have a collection of long sleeved tops on hand, but I find it increasingly difficult to buy them now. If I find shirts that have a nice relaxed fit, rather than being skin tight, they fall off my shoulders. However, with a few adjustments, I can make my own shirts with this pattern. Im off to the store to buy heaps of fabric.
