I love these dresses for my grand daughter and she super loves them. I make them all the time except I make the top too and that takes a lot more time. I like how this dress uses a tank top. This is a great dress for the 4th of July. This is a great tutorial to make this dress and a must for beginners. Grandma make one for your grand daughter and watch her face light up. How many ladies make these for their children or grandchildren.
