I plan to make these for myself and will alter the pattern to fit my figure, to my looking. It always benefits one to learn to sew different patterns.

Made these for my daughter and she was so disappointed because of the weird crotch. I made my own pattern with a normal crotch and they turned out cute. Don't waste your time and money with this tutorial!

There is not a pattern for this shorts. You use the waist measure to make your own pattern. Never seen shorts done like this ones, do not think they may fit too good because of the way the crotch is made. Just my opinion.

There is no pattern. There are instructions on how to create the pattern based on your measurements.

Where is the actual pattern? I have clicked on the button to view it but that only includes instructions for constructing the shorts. I don't know if I'm just missing it, but if anyone could help that would be great because I'd really love to make these shorts for summer. :) Thanks!

I love these shorts. I'd like to make for my daughter, but I can't print it out for some reason. I haven't had problems with other patterns. Am I missing something?
