My plan is to have one of these in every room in the house. I find myself always running to the kitchen to grab a plastic bag for one thing or another. This is a great sewing project. Thank you

I am so glad to see this tutorial on making a hanging bag holder because I have them in my laundry room and they can get real annoying when they fall all the tie. I have seen them before in stores but they are all the same old dull ones. I would like to make some in some nice fabric. This is a great way to use up scraps. I would make some extras too because everyone could use this. So simple and quick to make.

I see these in the discount stores all of the time. I have considered buying them a couple of times but the prints provided do not really match my home decor. With this pattern that you provided, now I can make these plastic bag holders to match each room I place these.

Ah ha! This is actually something I need in my kitchen and I could certainly find some spare cotton fabric in my stash to make this. I do have one elsewhere in the house, but its a plain old $2 shop item. Looking at this pattern, I thought, why not make up a couple in lovely bright colours so they become a decorator item as well as a functional bag holder? Whenever I see things like this I always wonder why I didnt think of it myself?
