These are just the kind of pot holders you would fid in Grandma house. And they would have vintage fabric on them and you can acchieve this by adding some smaller scraps to form a 11x11 square or if you have some quilting pieces left from your quilting project then here is a great way to use it. I already have some squares and the insulating fabric all I need is the binding. These will sew up fast too. I would suggestmaking extras for gifts too.

I don't care how old you are, potholders are always needed. This pattern is great for all your scraps. The longest part doing the pattern is cutting out the material and the batting. I recommend using the insulating fabric but it is pointed out you can always use three layers of batting fabric instead. These potholders will wash up nicely as well. Thank you.
