I'm a massive fan of upcycling and this is a really great way to use an old t-shirt and some fabric from your stash. You wouldn't need to be pregnant to wear it. If they fabrics don't quite match colour-wise you could even try making it up and then popping it the washing machine with some dye. That would help hide any faded bits on the t-shirt. Would be great to see photos from anyone who's made these.
