Transforming a sleeved blouse into a sleeveless one for summer is a great recycle idea. Turning under and sewing the cut shoulder edge can be a challenge though. I found that cutting a strip from the cut off sleeve and using it as seam binding or narrow facing helps to make the new sleeveless edge more finished.
