Five Ways to Tie a Super Scarf

How to Tie a Scarf Instructions

  1. Simple Wrap: Drape your scarf down one side of your body. Make one long loop down the front and leave the other side in the back.

  2. Basic Scarf Wrap: Drape your scarf down one side, wrap your scarf relatively loosely around the neck, and bring the other side of your scarf back in the front.

  3. Thick Cowl Wrap: Start with a short end toward the back. Wrap your scarf around your neck 2-3 times depending on how long your scarf is. Tuck the other end of the scarf into one of the loops you created.

Tip: You can insert a shawl pin when you do this cowl look to decorate the look even more.

  4. Macrame Tie Scarf: Place the middle of your scarf on the back of your neck and tie a knot. Tighten up your scarf as close as you would like it. Then, tie another knot, if your scarf is long enough, in the opposite direction.

  5. Breezy Wrap: Let one side of your scarf hang down to about hip-length. Making a very long loop away from your neck, cross the other end of your scarf across your body.
