Mini Orange Peel Quilt

By: Christine Ting from sewjahit.com
Mini Orange Peel Quilt

"This mini orange-peel a.k.a. bird-seed quilt is ideal for those who want to sew their first quilt but want something with a bit more oomph than the basic squares or half-square triangles.

There is no curved sewing, but it involved some applique process which is easy as long as the right tools and materials are used (they are easily available, promise!). The tutorial features a free template for the "orange peels" and step by step guide with illustrations and photos, that hopefully give readers the confidence to try this out."
