"I never seem to have enough time to make elaborate and beautiful wreaths, but I hate it when my door is blank and boring. So this is the wreath that I came up with for Valentines Day. A simple Ruffle Heart Wreath. It only uses a little bit of fabric and a wire hanger. Simple, right? The bonus: It's cheap!"
