Layered Bodice Maxi Dress
Design a sundress that's chic, effortless, and most importantly, incredibly comfortable with this Layered Bodice Maxi Dress. Made with about 2.5 yards of soft knit fabric, this DIY maxi dress is perfect for lounging in yet is still dressy enough to wear out during the day. This easy dress tutorial shows you how to draft your own bodice pattern from one of your favorite tank tops, making it super budget-friendly, and its layered bodice is great for hiding any problem areas. It's even got a drawstring skirt that draws attention to your waist, and it can be left un-hemmed if you want, since knit fabrics don't fray. Create an easy maxi dress that's sure to be your summer go-to with this tutorial.

I don't like grey so initially I looked right past this Layered Bodice Maxi Dress. However a friend drew me back again and I realised it's actually very nice indeed. There is a very good tutorial too which is always so helpful. I'm going to give this dress a try because I'm starting to think it might suit me very well.

This is a lovely pattern and perfect for the summer. I like that fact that it does not take too long. You can always use another summer dress. I will make it in a brighter color. Thank you.
