This cute pixie hat would be perfect for a Little Red Riding Hood style cape. Easy to make this pixie hat separate from a cape too. Since this hat is lined it most likely will not be itchy and little ones more likely to keep it on. Only 1/3 yard of fabric is needed I would choose a velour type, and some ribbon. Nice sewing project.
