The round opening of this Large Tote is a genius. I wish I had thought of that myself. So many bags I have made in the past always had the edge droop over because of the straight edge of the pattern. The roundness will make carrying a bag while wearing bulky clothing, such as a sweater more comfortable. By the way, the flowers on the front are a cute touch.

I just made your tote this evening. It's so cute! Looking forward to making more of these for gifts. Thanks for sharing. (PS- I just started sewing 10 days ago after my girls got a sewing machine for Christmas from Gramma!)

I made this for myself as i had a small piece of denim left over and only could cut a 16inch square, I used a pattern cotton for inner and it looks fantastic. I made another tonight and gave it as a gift to my friend and she is over the moon with it. Thank you for great patterns

sencillo, rpido de elaborar y lindo.

Great tutorial of tote and the flower. I will make these.

Here's my blog page showing pictures of my version: http://penny-pinchers-purses.blogspot.com/2013/04/its-tie-dye-for.html

I LOVE this pattern! I just made one for my BFFs birthday. I didn't have the canvas fabric for the outer shell, so I used heavyweight fusible interfacing on my cotton fabric: it worked well! :0) I used coordinating flannel fabric for the lining, and opted for ribbon and buttons to decorate instead of the flowers. I was pleased with how it turned out! Thank you! :0)

It's amazing, wow!

Where do I find my sewing pattern?
