So excited to see a Tortilla cozy. I have never seen one before. We are huge Mexican food fans so this will be a lot of use. I never seem to have luck warming them up like they do at the restaurants. What a fun little gift to take to a Mexican feed at a friends house as a gift. I can't wait to find the perfect fabrics

How perfect. A tortilla cozy! I was searching for how to sew one when I came across this pattern. It is never easy to keep a stack of tortillas warm with just a kitchen towel. If microwaving the tortillas in the cozy it is always important to use 100% cotton fabrics as the tutorial suggests.

Love this...I've made two already, and have two more requests. They are very pretty and work GREAT! I got some chili pepper material that looks very nice - one was for a hostess gift last night at a Mexican-theme potluck dinner for our worship team. Perfect gift - thank you so much for this!

I'm looking for a pattern for a tortilla press, whatever that is! My friend asked me for one, but I don't exactly know what it is. Any ideas on where to look?? Thanks so much!!

I purchased a beautifully embroidered tablecloth, that had a tear in it, at the local Methodist Church resale shop. I used the embroidered baskets full of flowers for the covers of my tortilla cozies. Made as many as I could, for gifts, and added lace on the edge. Came out super cute.
