Baby onsies are my favorite to embellish. Adding ruffles to the butt makes them just darling. The directions show how to add a few rows of ruffles using a serger or a sewing machine. I found the sewing machine instructions easy to follow. Nice scrap fabric project to try too

This is fantastic. A very quick and easy way to add that special touch to a dull onesie for your little girl. You can use a plain one or even one with a saying or picture. Add some lace to the front and ruffles to the butt. The options are endless. If you want to make it even more easier just sew on pre- purchased lace in a pretty color or pretty details. So many possibilities. So if you have even wanted to make that dull onesie into something very pretty than read this tutorial. You will be amazed at how easy it is.

Hi loridori, the link is working for us. This link goes to a tutorial, not a pattern. Thanks!

I love the Ruffle Butt Onesie. All three are so cute. Can you tell me how to print the pattern. I don't have any little girls now, but you never know. Thanks, Becky

I made this for my neice (the one where the ruffles are cut with the pinking shears) and it turned out precious! I had some extra fabric so a friend is appliquing the front for me with a monogram! I can't wait to see it on the baby!
