Hanging Fabric Kite

search

"Go fly a kite! Or, if that's not really your forte, how about go hang a kite. With this tutorial, you can make one (size of your choosing) to hang against the wall, in a window, or from the ceiling. The two methods described allow you to make use of fabric scraps; with one using strips and the other using random scraps of any size. The finished kite is bound around the edge with bias binding that you can make yourself. This is an easy and forgiving project that you can tackle in just a couple of hours."
