If you love creating plush toys, then this video tutorial on Closing Plush Toys Using a Ladder Stitch will help you put the finishing touch on your next project! This beginner-friendly sewing tutorial is also a great refresher for more experienced sewists.

From the blogger: "The ladder stitch, also known as the hidden, invisible, slip, or blind stitch, is one of the simplest and most useful stitches for sewing plush toys. It can be used for closing openings or for attaching small parts, like arms or ears. This step-by-step video tutorial will teach you how prep the seam allowances around an opening to prevent stretching during the turning or stuffing process and how to seamlessly close openings using a ladder stitch."

Another great video showing the right way to do a ladder stitch and she even used a basting stitch first until she was done and took it out to make it so much easier. I will have to try it this way it looks great. Anyone ever use this technique?
