This turkey theme apron is kind of cute, however I would leave off the pointy collar and gathered ruffles. The whimsical turkey is really the center attraction. Nice recycle project though. I would make a turkey potholder or two to go along with the turkey on the apron. Might be a cute gift idea.

This is such a clever apron! I love the turkey made from scraps, and a great way to use up those little fabric remnants! You could even add some buttons and crossgrain ribbon to further embellish the scraps for the feathers! This would make such a cute gift for any cook for Thanksgiving! Even guys would love it if you took off the frilly gathered ruffles, and masculine in up,a bit, so fun! Thanks for your creative project!

What did you do to attach the collar? I didn't see that step. I think I can tell by the picture, but I'm not sure.
