Such a cute idea! My niece just got a sewing machine for Christmas-I'll definitely forward this on to her. It's easy enough for her to use her beginner sewing skills and definitely cute enough for her to carry to school. All her friends will be envious. It looks so easy, we could probably make a few in other colors to share with her friends. I love projects like this easy and super sweet.

What a great idea to send to a beginner sewer. These cute little things is what is going to make them want to continue to sew and the easier and faster they are to make keeps them more wanting to make more. And the more praises the get the more they want to make. What a great Aunt to be sending this tutorial to her. They have got a lot of cute patterns on Allfreesewing.com and some of the other sites.
