From the Blogger: "This cowl scarf is so easy to make! I made this one in just a few minutes and it looks so stylish and warm. I had this plaid fabric scrap lying around since I made some Christmas stockings with it a few years back. You can use really any fabric for this scarf. Just remember if you use a stretch fabric to use stretch stitches instead of the straight stitch! I like to pair a warm fuzzy fabric for the inside, but that is completely up to you!"

I am a novice sewist and this DIY scarf looks like a fabulous beginner project for me this winter!

Love this! I've been looking for an easy-to-make infinity scarf and the pattern here is similar to what I have purchased to make it. What a lucky find. I think I would make my pattern a bit longer so I could wrap it a couple times to make it an infinity scarf instead of a cowl. But! I like the look of the double sided cowl, too. Hahahaha. may have to make both versions. Thanks fro the inspiration.
