DIY Business Card Wallet Tutorial
From the Blogger: "Regardless of if you own your own business or just have a vacation coming up you don’t want to haul your clunky wallet around for, today’s tutorial is for you! This super simple DIY business card wallet is the perfect project if you are a beginner at sewing and even comes with a free printable pdf. I designed this DIY business card wallet to be ultra-slim, super-simple to make, and above all, convenient to carry. When I used to host pop-up boutiques and had a small accessory line, these wallets were some of my top sellers. At the time, I created them from recycled bicycle inner tubes and they were the perfect alternative to chunky unisex wallets. Today, I’ll be encouraging you to make this from a faux suede or faux leather instead of a dead creature. It’s cheaper to make that way anyways."

Time to CompleteUnder an hour
- Sewing machine and thread
- Fabric scissors
- Paper scissors
- 1/4 Yard soft faux suede
Start out by printing the free printable PDF pattern. You can get the pattern instantly at the bottom of my site's page. Then, cut out the pattern and use it to cut two pocket pieces and 1 “body” piece.
Lay the pocket pieces on top of the larger, body piece to create the wallet and sew into place using a 1/4″ inseam. Avoid holding it in place with needles if you can since the holes in faux leather/ suede will remain after you’ve taken your needles out.
Ta-da! You’ve made your very own simple wallet.
