This Personalized Zipper Pouch is a quick and easy project, perfect for a DIY gift. This tutorial shows you how to sew a zipper pouch and personalize it, too! It also shows you how to sew hexagons using a Y seam. This particular pouch, made for a child's birthday (check out the bright colors and fun print!), is personalized in three ways--with the child's favorite color, favorite animal, and name! This adorable pouch would make a great back-to-school gift as a pencil case, or for the less scholastically inclined, a good place to store candy, electronics, or beauty products.
