This tiered skirt looks so light and airy. I love that it is so super easy and can be used for all seasons. I have always sewn the tiered skirt one row at a time. Never thought to put all tiers together and sew up the back. I have never done the broomstick pleat but it gives it a unique look. Love it. Anyone make this for the first time? How did it go?
