From the Blogger: "Learn how to make your own washable, reusable, eco-friendly alternative to disposable breast pads. These breast pads are shaped to avoid bunching inside the bra. The fabrics used are fleece, absorbent material, and PUL. The fleece sits next to the skin to keep any moisture away from the skin and stop it sticking to the breast, and the waterproof PUL stops any leaks from passing through the back. Step-by-step instructions and photos are included."
