I think I will try this letting the fabric fray, rather than attaching fringe!

My friend just made two of these as a birthday gift and she modeled all the different ways this can be worn! Makes such a lovely gift and is quite impressive, looks great and keeps you warm of needed! Add an initial or a small name monogram if you are handy at embroidery or have a machine that does this.... Really adds another punch of fun to this already super project!
