These scrappy pot handle covers are perfect for cast iron cookware. Rather than wrap a square pot holder around a hot handle and hope it does not slide askew, better to have a simple to sew custom made one! The tutorial is very easy to follow. I have two cast iron skillets that will be sporting these as soon as I can get to sewing them.
