Sweet Tweeting Felt Bird Pattern
Before the birds start coming back, you can indulge in some springtime loveliness of your own with this Sweet Tweeting Felt Bird Pattern. While these felt projects are certainly decorative, they also make great little toys for a small child. They are soft to hold and fit nicely inside of a tiny fist. Make a bird or two for the Easter season and hang these felted friends around the house to greet the changing seasons. Their simple shape gives them a modern flair, and their black and white color scheme gives these little guys a touch of elegance, so they’ll look great in any room.

These little birds really are sweet perched on a curly twig or branch. Made out of black and white for a dramatic feel, I imagine using colored felt would produce a vibrant bunch to hang on a infants mobile. Little felt birds are easy to sew by hand using a traditional blanket stitch. Great instructions and paper patterns to print as well.

These little birds are just the right touch for some spring decorating! The colors used in the photo are very sophisticated and would look great in any decor! As another option I could see using red for a cardinal for a pretty look in winter or any season! If using for decor or for older kids, add a glass bead for the eyes or even a tuft of feathers at the tail! So pretty!
