Is this cute or what? I have made a tutu skirt using multicolored strips, but never thought of doing an orang pumpkin one! Using strips and looping them over the elastic is so easy and makes for a very flowing and graceful tutu. After Halloween, you could remove the face for the pumpkin and just add some more leaves for a fall costume, or even add a little turkey motif! Love the look of this pretty tutu....thanks for sharing!
