How to Sew a Fabric Valentines Day Banner from Scraps

"Celebrate Valentine’s Day, or every day of the year, with this colorful and happy Love banner that reminds us of all the love that we have in our families, friends and lives in general! All you need are some scraps of fabric and bias tape! Trace the letters and appliqué them to the bunting flags with Heat-n-Bond Lite, sew each pennant together, and then put all the flags together with bias tape (even cuter if matching the other fabric/s). Perfect for hanging up in your home, for giving to a significant other, or to send to a far off loved one!"
