Zippers as embellishment add an interesting detail to garments. Added to the back leg of jeans actually makes the zipper addition very functional as it is easier to go over boot tops. At times skinny jeans are a bit too skinny so adding a zipper is a perfect solution. I would leave off the ruffling however.

I think this is such a fun idea for updating a pair of jeans! I would never have thought of adding zippers to the back of jeans, but I really love how this looks.
