these birds are adorable and are a great way to use up the scraps of fabric I would probably just throw away. They can be made by hand sewing or machine sewing and my daughter has been making lots of them while learning different stitches on the sewing machine. The tutorial uses mod podge to stiffen the fabric but I used a watered down solution of drapers liquid and water which stops the fabric from fraying whilst still keeping some softness.

These little birds are just so stinking cute! These would make adorable party favors or gift tags. The first thing that I thought of when I saw them was that if you added some catnip they would be great cat toys. A great idea for using your scrap fabric.

These are so cute and there are many applications. They could be hung by a decorative ribbon on a Christmas tree or Easter tree. They could be filled with lavender and make great stocking stuffers. I would even use these for decorations on gift bags and boxes.

Yes, would make nice cat toys!

looks pretty easy

Put a little catnip inside and these would also make great cat toys. :D

Adorable.... I can see a Christmas tree decorated with these=)
