This is a great way to turn a plain onsie into an adorable little baby dress. Onsies are comfortable and soft for baby to wear. Adding a soft skirt seems easy enough according to the instructions and photos. I would add a small hand embroidered flower or simple design instead of buttons for safety though.

I am loving this cute dress made with a onesie. It is so simple and easy to do. All you need to do is make the skirt,gather and hem it and attach it to the onesie. You can really have some fun with the different textures.designs or print fabric you use and add some embellishments or iron ons too. This will make a great baby shower gift too. Super easy to follow tutorial.
