This scented ornament is quick and easy to make. Instead of the lovely cross stitch design, I tacked down a tiny lace applique to the front. It takes only moments to assemble. The contrasting running stitch near the edge of the ornament adds a charming homespun touch. I used embroidery floss for the running stitch but Pearle cotton or even yarn would work as well.
