In this sewing tutorial, you will learn how to attach bias tape, a very useful technique in many sewing projects. Adding extra decoration to simple patterns is made easy with this free sewing pattern for bias tape. Bias tape is to a sewing pattern as crown molding is to a room; it adds a decorative look while also making an intricate and classy finish. Bias tape can border on the edges of a neckline in a shirt, the sleeves of a shirt etc. Adding bias tape will not only help fulfill the design requirements for many sewing crafts, it will also spruce up the typical t-shirt and make the design look more professional and complete.

This is a really good tutorial as I have always struggled to get my corners looking neat using bias, after reading through I have been doing it wrong for months and following the step by step instructions I finally have mastered the perfect corner using homemade bias and my sewing machine. A must for all who like me find bias attaching difficult.

For those who have never put bias tape on your projects or did not put on right this is a very good tutorial to read before you even give it a try to make sure you are doing it right to save having to take the bias off and do again. This tutorial is easy to follow and you will feel better putting bias on after reading this first. Gives good pointers for going around the corners with pictures to understand better.

Looks like a setup to sell magazines and products. No videos or instructions. Just another scam from what I have found.

Why is the University of Phoenix being advertised on a sewing web site.
