What a super cute dress to wear at the beach,dinner or to work or play. It is made out of ITT streath fabric which is so soft and comfty. It uses a circle skirt for the bottom. There is a downloadable pattern and a great video to show how to make it. You can even use two colors if you like on a band. I love this dress.
