how do you put these in your hair

I haven't made these because I don't know how they work. Could some tell me how/ where to find instructions.

Wow! This pattern is great! All my years of sewing and I never thought of making my own hair curlers. I remember sleeping with the plastic ones in my hair. No wonder I have neck issues. I am growing my hair a bit longer so these will come in handy. Thank you.

Awesome! I haven't seen these in a while and it brings me back. Thanks for the cool pattern.

These hair curlers are a hoot. It Does remind me of I Love Lucy. They are super easy and I can see a new trend starting back up to use these for curling hair plus they are so cute. This is also a great way to use scrap fabric up. I will be making so of these and a bag to but them in. Thanks for the tutorial. Anyone else make these for themselves or gifts?
