"Did you get an unflattering tee shirt that you need to wear for work or an event? Use this refashion tutorial to make it cuter and more flattering. Shorten the hem and the sleeves and use those pieces to add ruffles to the shoulders. The ruffles bring the shoulders in which is way more flattering! It's almost like a reverse full bust adjustment! I used scissors, a ruler, and a sewing machine. You can reuse the hem for perfect ruffles!"

I have always been self-conscious of my small, sloping shoulders, but this tutorial gives me a fabulous, frilled way of accentuating them without having to resort to shoulder pads! Plus, this keeps you much more comfortable than infinite layers of padding.
