How To Start Sewing Without A Knot

From the Blogger: "Here's a handy sewing tip that will teach you how to start stitching without a knot. No more annoying knots on your handstitching! I'm sure those who often do embroidery have known this for ages, but for some of the readers this might be a great new little trick. Now that I've finally managed to get it onto my camera, I've even sewn a few missing buttons that had been waiting on my table for a long time. Did I mention this no-knot thing is a huge time saver when sewing buttons by hand? Check it out; it won't take you more than a minute!"

Love handy sewing tips! This one might seem simple however it is so very useful when it comes to hand sewing. There are times when attempting to create a not-so-obvious knot at the thread end can be somewhat trying for aging fingers. Once this no-knot technique is used it will become a preferred method for sure.
