One Hour DIY Headband

This One Hour DIY Headband is a quick accessory that you will not want to stop wearing. Looking absolutely classy embellished with some yo yos and lovely beads, this headband is crazy easy to make. This tutorial shows you exactly how to make a headband in just under an hour. This is the perfect free sewing pattern to use when trying to use up old scraps. If you are a no frills kind of lady, you can create it without the embellishments, too.

Anyone love headbands that are easy to make but has that different touch then take a look at this one. It is more of a head wrap because it ties in the back. This is great for a beginner project and you can use scraps. I love the little flowers with the pearl embellishments. You can have so much fun making these with your own ideas. The tutorial is easy to follow with pictures too.

Such a simple but elegant design, the tutorial shows you how to make a knotted headband but for my daughter I connected the ends with a small strip of elastic which was easier for her to slip on and off. There are links to make the embellishments shown in the photo and further ideas of decorations such as adding gems. It says 1 hour but it didn't take me that long to make and once you have your measurements and template it is even quicker to make.
