Love my quilting foot and use it almost all of the time when sewing straight stitches as it helps me to keep the seam straight. I also use it as a guide when top sewing as you can place the guide against the join and sew. This is a great guide for anyone who has bought a quilting foot as if like mine the packaging did not have any information on the notches on the opposite side of the foot. The only thing you need to be careful of is when using pins as I have occasionally had a pin in too far and it has caught on the guide which has then pushed my fabric wonky.

I cannot tell you how important it is when quilting to get that seam the perfect 1/4". I was making my first quilt blocks and finished 2 only to find out they are off and I cannot use it. I wish I would have had one of these for my machine. I am going to check if they have them and I will be getting one. I love that there is no second guessing and you do not have to worry about your line. Anyone use one yet? Does it make a big difference? Thanks for tutorial on how to use it.
