This is a neat mobile decoration that lends itself to a variety of shapes. The Halloween ones pictured are just charming. I would guess that clouds and sun, or cookie-cutter animal shapes would be just as charming. Embroidery hoops are becoming trendy for making these. Easy to wrap the hoop in coordinating or contrasting ribbon and hang using fishing wire. Great decoration for Halloween!
