Designer-Inspired 1990s Velvet Choker Necklace
"The 90s are calling... This fun choker necklace was inspired by a similar option selling for more than $300 at Anthropologie! Using simple 'kid' beads, velvet ribbon, and a needle and thread you can create a fun and personalized choker necklace perfect for the young or young at heart. The project costs about $5 and takes only minutes to make. Letter beads can spell out your name or a fun word. The wackier the better!"

This velvet choker does bring back 1990's or even 1970's for sure and they are so easy to make. I would have never thought to use plastic kids letters but I guess if it is the style. Well why not. I really like that they are so inexpensive to make. Why not let your child or grands make some for them and their friends and design them by themselves. Super tutorial.
