Cutlery Zip Bag

From the Blogger: "Are you being super organised, taking pack up lunches to work?? Wondering about cutlery?? I often wish I had brought my own cutlery with me. Hence this design – how lovely to have a pencil case shaped cutlery bag, with a beautiful print of a knife and fork. Lined with shower curtain fabric, just in case there is no where to wash up. This bag is perfect for when you are on the go - tutorial includes free download of cutlery image."

This is such a great idea to carry your cutlery to work or school or any outdoor event where food is served and what a great way to carry it. I have made makeup cases before and they are so easy and do not take that much time. I like the idea to use the shower curtain liner for the inside so it does not get dirty or stain the fabric. You can use some small cuts of leftover fabric to make them too. I would make some extras for your friends while you are making your own. Nice tutorial and great idea.

I have made a similar project, but as a makeup case and using a vinyl liner, but a shower curtain type material for the interior as suggested would work great too! I never would have thought of a cutlery case, but it makes sense if you bring a decent lunch to work and want to remain green! Saves on plastic forks being thrown out as well as baggies. This would be a nice picnic basket addition, to include several sets along with plates, etc. good idea!
