I love cast iron skillets and have a few. This pattern will be perfect and much better than a pot holder. The longest pat of this pattern will be cutting out the separate pieces. The sewing will go quickly. They will be perfect as gifts as well. Thank you.

My two cast iron skillets could really use these skillet handle potholders. I like that the fabric handle conforms closely to the skillet handle shape. Better than trying to use a full size potholder and wrapping it around the hot handle. I imagine these would make great gifts to place in Christmas stockings too.
